Can you register my domain?

Yes. If you have not previously registered a domain for your web site, we can do that for you. Simply provide us with the requested domain name.

Can I leave my main web site at its existing host?

Yes. In this case, we recommend using a sub-domain to host your web store with us. Something like store.mycompany.com. This allows your regular www.mycompany.com web site to remain where it is, while allowing us to host your web store.

Are web store transactions secure?

Yes, provided that an SSL certificate is in use. All our hosting plans secure communication and sensitive data with industry standard SSL. If a web site url begins with https://... rather than http://... you can verify the site's SSL certificate by clicking on the lock icon located near the corner on most browser's windows.

What is an SSL certificate?

An SSL certificate is used by web sites to securly encrypt communication between a customer's browser and the web site. This prevents snooping internet users from accessing data such as credit card numbers and other personal information.

Can you make the web store look like my existing web site?
