Plugin for DayLite CRM integrates PhoneValet Message Center functions
FAIRVIEW, OKLAHOMA, USA - February 11, 2005 - GammaStream Technologies, Inc. today announced the first release of DayPhone, a plugin for Marketcircle's DayLite CRM application that integrates the #1 business relationship manager for Macintosh with Parliant's PhoneValet phone system.Ê Now individuals and businesses can use DayLite and PhoneValet together in their daily routine.
For example, when a phone call is received through PhoneValet, DayPhone prompts users to create a new note, a new task, or start a task timer for the contact associated with the provided caller ID.Ê If the user opts to have PhoneValet record a call, a file reference to the recording is linked to the caller within DayLite.Ê Users can also instruct PhoneValet to dial the phone number for a DayLite contact or organization.
"DayLite and PhoneValet are great tools for businesses," said Michael Sacket, President of GammaStream, "Now with DayPhone you can use them together."
Pricing & Availability
DayPhone is available now from the GammaStream store for $27.Ê A transaction-limited trial version can also be downloaded.Ê For more information, check out the DayPhone product page at: http://www.gammastream.com/products/dayphone/
