SNMP Monitoring for OpenBase Databases & WebObjects Applications

MAUI, HAWAII, USA - September 4th, 2004 - GammaStream Technologies, Inc. is pleased to introduce agentEYE, an SNMP agent for monitoring OpenBase databases and WebObjects applications. Anything that can normally be monitored via OpenBase's 'show stats' or WebObject's WOStatistics functions can be monitored with agentEYE.

"While OpenBase SQL and WebObjects both have great tools for monitoring activity internally, they lack a way to easily monitor them externally." says Michael Sacket, President of GammaStream, "With agentEYE, users can monitor activity utilizing the SNMP management and notification tools they already have in place."

agentEYE's functionality was demonstrated today at OpenBase's 1st annual developer conference on the island of Maui, in Hawaii, during the Cayenne session presented by Michael Sacket, President of GammaStream. Cayenne is utilized by agentEYE to provide for the configuration from an OpenBase database.
