Phone Integration For Daylite
DayPhone is a plugin for Marketcircle's Daylite application that integrates Daylite with Parliant's PhoneValet or OBOLab's Phlink phone systems. When a phone call is received, DayPhone prompts users to create a new note, a new task, or start a task timer for the contact or organization associated with the provided caller ID. If a phone call is recorded, a file reference to the recording is linked to the caller within Daylite.
The DayPhone Dialer is now completely integrated with the Daylite Dialing system so users are no longer required to dial from the menu. A dialer is provided for both PhoneValet and Phlink.
DayPhone is now available for Daylite 3 as part of the DayPack bundle which also contains CrowMatrix and DayPost.
What version of Daylite does DayPhone Support?
DayPhone is currently qualified for Daylite version 3 or later.
What version of PhoneValet does DayPhone Support?
DayPhone is currently qualified for PhoneValet version 2.0 or later.
Is there a trial version of DayPhone?
No. DayPhone available as part of the DayPack package which is Free.
Does a contact or an organization have to exist before I attach a recording?
Yes.
Why doesn't DayPhone work when I get a call through PhoneValet?
Please verify that you have properly installed the AppleScript files in PhoneValet. Refer to the ReadMe file for instructions. If this doesn't resolve the issue, please email support @ gammastream.com.
